How long does Shipping take?
Once all orders are paid for and cleared, packaging and dispatching of orders is approximately 1-2 days. Courier collects Monday to Friday and orders should be delivered within 1-5 working days depending on where you are based.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. Especially if you do not live in a main city.
Durban: 1-3 days
Johannesburg: 1-3 days
Cape Town: 2-4 days
Outlying areas may take up to 5 days.
All shipping is Door-to-Door shipping, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, please notify us at info@thepantrysa.com
Can I pick up?
Yes you can, however this type of purchase is best done through our store. Please notify us at sale@thepantry.com.
Can I pay cash?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
How does packaging/boxing work?
All items are packaged in boxes, as they are delicate and need to be protected at all times during transit.
